WHAT. AN. ADVENTURE!! I just came home a few days ago from Elizabeth & Joe’s Aruba destination wedding and I’m still in awe of how incredible it was! They were married at the Manchebo Beach Resort surrounded by more than 70 of their closest family and friends! You know you’re an awesome couple when 70+ people travel to Aruba to vacation with you and witness your beautiful beginning to forever. What makes the venue so special is that Elizabeth and Joe met there by chance at a conference in 2014! He wooed her with his guitar skills on the beach and it turns out they lived only miles from each other! Now that is FATE and it’s been love ever since. How sweet was it for them to get married at the place they first met!?

I think I had a permanent smile on my face for weeks after Elizabeth asked me to shoot their Aruba wedding! What an honor to do what I love, with amazing people, in such a beautiful place. Elizabeth & Joe, thank you times a million for this opportunity. I loved getting to know your family and friends and this will be an experience I will never forget. I’m so happy for you two and hope you are enjoying the rest of your honeymoon!!

Here are some highlights from their wedding! I took this aerial shot of their resort from a helicopter tour the day before the wedding. They were married right on that beach and the reception was under the pavilion in between the palm trees!

Look at how many people came to support them! And they are such an awesome group!

They released lanterns for lost loved ones that remain in their hearts. Such an incredible moment.
