Happy Holidays, friends!! One of my favorite holiday traditions over the past few years has been taking DIY Christmas pictures with Koa! We sit him in our bed, throw some lights on the headboard and snap a few shots of him in a cute outfit. This is our 3rd go-round and it gets harder every year LOL! He gets a bit wild because apparently it’s fun to jump on the bed and chase after our pup. We bribed him with candy canes and that at least kept him still for a few seconds! Here’s what resulted this year 🙂

I always use our pup Bentley as a test subject because he surprisingly stays put longer than Koa!

We had some holiday fun this week with a few friends! We went to Bass Pro shops to see Santa and Koa was unimpressed lol. No smile, but no tears. I’ll take it! By the way, this picture shows how TALL he is. He looks 4+ years old and he’s only 2!

He had fun in the play area with Elizabeth’s daughter Gracie 🙂

We had a cookie decorating playdate the next day with Elizabeth, Crystal and their little ones! Koa did more eating than decorating though hehe 

Crystal’s daughter Hayden was a pro at decorating and enjoyed the icing most of all haha!

And Elizabeth’s daughter Gracie was so proud of herself!

We also drove through the Celebration of Lights in Newport News and Koa squealed the entire time haha. We are really getting into the holiday spirit this week and I’m SO excited for Christmas! I hope you all enjoy every bit of it with your loved ones! Merry Christmas from the McPherson family!
