It was so easy to photograph our sweet Koa every month for his first year of life because he would just sit there and smile. Now?! It’s almost impossible to get this kid to stay in one spot when the camera comes out haha! Our friends came over a few weeks ago to get an updated family picture taken so Shaun, Koa and I walked with them down the street to snap of few and catch up. I took a few shots of Koa in the 15 minute timeframe and this is a perfect visual summary of how life with him has been at this age. He is a curious, brave and silly almost 2-year-old (next month) and we just eat him up!

His smile and laugh can light up a room! Can’t get over how big he’s getting and how smart he is! His birthday is a few weeks away yet it feels like yesterday that I gave birth to him. Love our sweet boy! <3
