7 months. 7 months. 7 months. I need to keep repeating it because I just can’t believe Koa is 7 months old! There’s something so crazy about him officially being closer to a one year old than to birth! It’s also hilarious when I tell strangers he is 7 months old and they say, “Wow he’s so big! I thought he was much older!” LOL!

Some updates:
– Kid is trying to crawl! He can make it from point A to point B by any means necessary (point A being where I put him down and point B being where a remote or cell phone is). Doing a bunch of rolls, stretching his arms in front of him and throwing his body forward usually does the trick. We are going to be in trouble when he gets mobile!
– He’s also reaching for people now! We were in church on Sunday and I had Koa in my lap. Koa leaned over THREE times and reached for Shaun! Color me offended that he didn’t want to sit with me but equally melting because he loves his daddy 🙂
– Loving solid foods. I add a different type of food every week and he doesn’t even blink. You HAVE to watch the video at the bottom, though! We were at a restaurant and he kept trying to grab the lemons on the table. We decided to let him have a taste to see his reaction. I LOVE lemons so I thought there was a chance he could handle it lol! The vid is hilarious.
– The weather has been amazing the past few days so we’ve been enjoying hour long walks in the neighborhood.
– He’s still loving fur-brother Bentley and constantly grabbing his tail and ears. Poor Bentley haha!

If you saw his 6 month update, you know how much of a struggle I had to keep him lying still on the floor without pulling off his sticker tie. So we are going to switch it up for the next few months!

I can watch this video a million times and still laugh 🙂 Poor guy!

Is this a fake laugh?! He can stop so abruptly LOL! If it is, I don't care because he's so darn cute! I have watched this a million times because I noticed he laughs with his eyes just like @roshaun85 ???????? #MyKoaAvery
