Hampton Roads is SUCH a diverse area when it comes to wedding venues! You can get married inside, outside, by the water, in a historic setting, a rustic setting, an urban setting… you name it! I’ve compiled a list of my FAVORITE Hampton Roads wedding venues for the newly engaged couples who are starting to look for their dream venue. These venues are not only beautiful but they have an awesome staff, a variety of layout options and beautiful surroundings for portraits. Woman’s Club of Portsmouth

Oh what a DREAM. A ton of charm, natural light and plenty of places for portraits!

Look how happy Kelley & Nathan are coming up that aisle!!

Ben & Katherine’s wedding at the Woman’s Club was just as special! We shot portraits on the grounds of the venue, the patio and right inside the beautiful window light!

The venue flips from the ceremony to the reception and you can have your cocktail hour on the patio!

I love how different this venue can look depending on the details. Katie and Corey had string lights that made the big space feel so intimate!

And the front porch was the perfect backdrop for portraits when it rained!

The Historic Post Office – Hampton

LOVED Zac and Kim’s wedding! The exterior of the building and surrounding streets in Downtown Hampton bring so much character to romantic portraits and bridal party portraits!

The venue has such a beautiful backdrop for ceremony and reception!

Hermitage Museum & Gardens – Norfolk

Can you say portrait locations GALORE!?! So many beautiful places to capture your first moments as husband and wife! Just look at Ashley and Cole!

Victoria & Jesse’s wedding had such a beautiful backdrop with a tented reception!

Kiln Creek Golf Club and Resort – Newport News

Kiln Creek has a beautiful outdoor space for your ceremony and a dreamy reception area! There is also a reasonably priced (and newly renovated) hotel on site for you and your guests! Kiana and AJ’s wedding was BEAUTIFUL!

The Water Table – Virginia Beach

Want to get married at a marina? Nick and Darcy’s wedding landed on such a beautiful fall day and the guests LOVED the view!

How cute is the getting ready bridal suite?

Talk about a grand exit!

Two Rivers Country Club – Williamsburg

This venue truly stands out in the heart of Williamsburg! The gazebo is a beautiful focal point for your ceremony but the opportunities at this venue are truly endless!

We used the wrap around deck for Laura & Matt‘s First Look and took portraits on the grounds.

Oyster Farm at Kings Creek – Cape Charles

The drive through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel is SO worth it for this breathtaking view! Abi & John’s wedding proves how you can really make your wedding day your own at this venue!

You can have your reception inside OR outside right by the water!

Founders Inn & Spa – Virginia Beach

Looking for lush gardens to surround your wedding day? You can’t beat Founders Inn & Spa!

Danilo & Nemma took full advantage of the grounds for their ceremony and portraits.

There are multiple options for reception rooms at this venue, whether you have a small or large guest list!

Chelsea & Jaine’s wedding at Founders Inn had a totally different look and feel and was equally amazing!

Just look at this space! Plenty of room for your guests to eat, mingle and PARTY!

Noah’s Event Venue – Chesapeake

This venue is new to the Hampton Roads area and I’m in LOVE! It’s such a convenient venue if you’d like to have EVERYTHING in one place. Loved Alma and Mike’s winter wedding!

Kiskiack Golf Club wedding – Williamsburg

This hidden gem in Williamsburg has breathtaking views of the golf course! Matt and Christina’s wedding had such epic views!
