Oh my goodness, I adore Chelsea and Jaine! We had the best time walking around Chicks Beach and The Founders Inn for their engagement session. The weather was absolutely FREEZING and they were in the best spirits, just so happy to snuggle up and celebrate the fact that they are getting married this summer!

These sweethearts met in college when Chelsea was a freshman and Jaine was a senior. They both played collegiate soccer and had seen each other in passing a few times but had never spoken to each other. As fate would have it, they ran into each other multiple times in the same night and after small talk and a little flirting, they exchanged numbers. Their friendship bloomed into a relationship and they’ve spent 4 of the 5 years they’ve been together long distance! This past November, Jaine came to town a day earlier had planned for Thanksgiving and surprised Chelsea! They took a trip to the beach after work and Chelsea never imagined what would come next. As they walked through the sand dunes, she heard a violinist playing “A Thousand Years” (swoon!) and saw purple petals positioned in the shape of a heart. Jaine planned an amazing proposal and Chelsea said yes! I’m SO excited to document their journey to husband & wife and can’t stop staring at their beautiful smiles 🙂
