Victoria & Jesse’s love story goes back to high school! She was a cheerleader and he was the shy guy. They started dating a few months after meeting and many years later, they couldn’t be happier!

For their 7 year anniversary, Jesse planned a trip to Ocracoke Island, North Carolina. They spent most of their time on the beach, paddle boarding and exploring the island. They spent their last day of vacation looking for seashells on the beach. As Victoria walked ahead, she turned around to see Jesse holding a ring! They were graced by a beautiful sun shower as he proposed and the sun set peacefully on the water. It sounds like a Nicholas Sparks movie and I love it!!

Their engagement session at First Landing State Park was just as romantic. They enjoy an adventure and the outdoors so the location was perfect. A forecast of rain tried to threaten our day but Victoria didn’t mind one bit. It actually reminded her of the day Jesse proposed! Jesse guided us through the trails (he bikes there often!) and we had the best time. I loved getting to know these two and can’t wait for the wedding next year!!
