Abi & John met while attending Ohio State University. They attended the same study sessions and he eventually received her phone number from a mutual friend. Next thing you know, they were playing hangman and flirting through class 🙂 He asked her to be his girlfriend during spring break when they attended opening day for the Cleveland Indians. Abi loves that their relationship is fun and easy and my heart melts because those types are relationships are the best!

Five years later, John planned a wine tour weekend to Charlottesville for the 4^th of July. As they were leaving their second stop, he asked their driver (yes, he hired a driver!) to snap a picture of them in front of the winery. Abi went to set down her bag and when she turned around, John asked, “Do you want to wear this for the picture?” and presented her a ring! He got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.  Ahhhh! YOU GUYS! How cute is that?! When they got to the next winery location, she was surprised to see her parents waiting for them! What a special weekend 🙂

Abi & John were a dreammmmm to photograph! So obviously in love with each other, eager to snuggle up and very open to  my random ideas haha! They are so fun to be around and I feel like I’ve known them for years. My goodness I can’t wait to shoot their wedding!
