It’s happened folks! I knew this day would come. The day when our sweet Koa Avery wouldn’t remain still for a monthly picture. As SOON as I put him down to take this picture, he finally realized that the tie is a sticker and can be removed LOL! I’m glad we made it this far but next month we’ll probably have to change it up 🙂
Anywho, Koa turned 6 months on Valentine’s Day! I can’t believe he is half way to one year!
Here are a few updates:
– 28inches tall (95% percentile!) and 19.6lbs. Doc says he is the size of a 9 month old but he is already in 12 month clothing!
– Oh hey solid foods! You have GOT to see the video at the bottom of this post to see Koa tasting his first spoonful of solids lol! We did a week of rice cereal and then straight to veggies. I’ve been making Koa’s food myself in the Baby Bullet and it’s been awesome (healthy & inexpensive)! Love knowing exactly what he’s eating 🙂 He’s had avocado, peas, squash and sweet potatoes so far.
– He can sit up for about 20-30 seconds at a time before laughing and falling to the side lol!
– He’s got the sign for ‘milk’ down!
– The personality never ends. Such a smart boy! Very curious about anything and anyone. Loves to laugh, grab his feet and grab the dog 🙂
